Swimming Instructor at the Municipal Pool

This is the project that the agents of the City are committed to together. Under the responsibility of the director of the municipal pool, you will ensure the teaching of school swimming, the surveillance and safety of users, participate in the organization and the course of sports events, and ensure the surveillance and safety of users in accordance with the provisions of the Plan of Organization of Relief (P.OS.S).

- Ensure that users respect the hygiene and safety rules of the internal regulations by informing them of the applicable measures in case of non-compliance with these rules
- Prepare the evaluation and implementation of learning and improvement situations and the course of the lessons in compliance with the safety and teaching rules defined in the establishment
- Teach and animate all pedagogical activities implemented within the framework of the pool schedule (school activities, associative and municipal activities) - Participate actively in the functioning meetings of the equipment as a force of proposals, especially during pedagogical meetings
- Pass on instructions to colleagues in order to allow the necessary coordination for optimal work in the equipment
- Report to the direction of the pool of any problem likely to cause a malfunction of the service
- Be actively involved in the organization and the course of the sports events organized at the pool.

Diploma(s):
Level IV:
State Brevet of Sports Educator in Swimming Activities or BPJEPS (Popular Brevet of Youth Education Certifications and authorizations:

- Certificate of Aptitude for the Exercise of the Profession of Master Swimmer Lifeguard in progress of validity (C.A.E.PM.N.S) - Approval of the National Education Inspection Experience desired in the school domain, in club training activities, and in aquatic gymnastics Knowledge required (know-how):

- Knowledge of regulatory texts in terms of teaching and pedagogical techniques and in terms of hygiene and safety
- Knowledge of the provisions of the Plan of Organization of Relief
- Mastery of intervention techniques and first aid
- Knowledge of the current pedagogical plan Multidisciplinary knowledge related to the different publics welcomed (anatomy, physiology, psychology, sociology) Technical skills required:

- Ability to welcome, communicate, inform, guide, secure
- Ability to explain and make respect the provisions of the internal regulations and the rules of operation of the establishment
- Ability to control the hygiene and safety conditions, of the basin and the beaches
- Ability to organize a session and to plan a cycle from a pedagogical project and to put in place an evaluation of the action conducted
- Ability to favor the development and the perfection of the motor skills bio-mechanical as well as the physiological metabolisms
- Ability to be a force of proposal for the development of activities and their implementation with different present and future publics Relational skills:

Art. L332-8 provision 2 of the general code of the public service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position for the needs of the services or by the nature of the functions when no candidacy of a civil servant has succeeded. The proposed contract may not exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
