Cross Country Education is seeking a compassionate School Psychologist to provide psycho educational assessments that help preschool students access the support they need to thrive in Palos Verdes, CA during the 2026–2027 academic year.

Position Overview:

Conduct comprehensive psycho educational assessments for preschool-aged students to evaluate learning, behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs. Administer and interpret standardized assessments to determine eligibility for special education services and inform individualized educational planning. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to communicate evaluation findings and support student success. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure assessments comply with applicable educational guidelines and timelines.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field Valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential or equivalent state credential Experience conducting psycho educational evaluations for preschool-aged children preferred Why Join Cross Country Education?
