Learning Support Assistant

This position is offered on an hourly paid basis. The Learning Support Assistant will support learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities, including emotional and behavioural challenges, across the college campuses. You will facilitate learning for small groups, 1:1 sessions, and float as needed.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Confidence working with systems and processes, plus good tracking and IT skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Experience working with learners aged 14 and up who have learning, behavioural difficulties or disabilities.
• Reliability, motivation and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
