Job Overview
Instructional Aide Substitutes are needed to provide hands‑on support for students in a welcoming, school‑based environment near Riverside, CA. The role offers flexible, per‑diem opportunities for paraprofessionals seeking supportive work in a student‑centered setting.
Responsibilities- Assist students requiring individualized instructional assistance, including those in special education programs.
- Support classroom activities and facilitate peer learning under the guidance of certified teachers.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive environment and assist with student behavior management as directed.
- Complete administrative tasks such as attendance recording and lesson preparation materials.
- Prior experience working with students, preferably in a paraprofessional or instructional support role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Starting at $18 per hour. Rates may vary based on experience and specific assignment.
