Job Title
Charge d'Accompagnement des Étudiants en Situation de Handicap et d'Accueil Vie Étudiante
Job DescriptionThe role will involve:
- Ensuring the implementation of accommodations recommended by the student health service for students with disabilities
- Acting as the main contact for university services and components on the topic of student disability
- Welcoming and informing students about student life services (housing, scholarships, student associations, international students, etc.)
- Working in pairs with a second person. The activity may involve occasional time constraints related to service activity variations, especially during university entry periods (extended hours, Saturday work, deployment across different university sites)
- Implementing accommodations and supporting students:
- Supporting and informing students with disabilities
- Conducting individual interviews with first-year students
- Making and following administrative decisions for implementing accommodations (courses and exams)
- Recruiting, monitoring, and managing the administrative tasks of student temporary positions (designated recipients, tutors, and exam secretaries)
- Communicating and providing advice to university components
- Organizing multi-party commissions
- Supporting students in their procedures with different university actors and external organizations (MDPH, STIF, CROUS, etc.)
- Supporting students in finding internships
- Organizing informative meetings between students and professionals in the field of professional integration
- Interlocutor for university services and components on the theme of student disability:
- Being a reference for the university's disability framework
- Facilitating the dissemination of information related to student disability to the entire university community
- Writing notes and circulars and responding to ministerial surveys
- Participating in the organization of institutional events in favor of students with disabilities (Open Day, welcome event, etc.)
- Welcoming and informing about student life services:
- Providing reception to students and informing them about the services offered by student life
- Guiding students to resource services (preventive medicine, registration, CROUS, etc.), presenting existing facilities, and linking them with student life services (social life, international students, associative life, break device, etc.)
- The agent may be required to perform additional tasks depending on the activity of the service.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of higher education and research as well as university decision-making processes
- General knowledge of administrative management techniques
- Knowledge of the field of disability (disabilities, legislation, organizations) and professional experience in this area is desirable
Skills:
- Analyzing a request and providing specific responses
- Mastering office tools
- Providing advice
- Writing skills
- Teamwork: close collaboration with the student health service, university components, and the VOIE service

Position available from September 2026. Position open primarily to permanent staff, but also open to contractual staff (one-year fixed-term contract).
