Point Quest Group is seeking a Behavioral Aide in El Dorado Hills, CA to support students with special needs during the school day. This full-time role follows school hours and includes implementing IEPs and BIPs, providing one-on-one instructional support, and applying ABA methodologies to help students reach learning goals.
You will work alongside teachers and clinical staff, monitor behavior, document progress, and respond to crises using Pro-ACT or CPI.
