The Student Success Coach (SSCoach) for Special Education1 Regular Ed. and English learners provides instructional, therapeutic, and behavioral support to students in Seneca's partnering charter and district schools. The SSC works to provide a positive learning environment for students through behavior management, behavior modification, coaching, training, and skill building of students and school staff. The Student Success Coach (SSCoach) assigned for Special Education works in collaboration with the teachers to assist in the education of students with Individual Education Plans (I.E.P.s).
