Middle School Art Teacher

Teaching Art in a middle school setting. TIMEFRAME (ESTIMATED) August 13, 2026 – October 15, 2026

• Ability and experience teaching Art in a middle school setting;
• Knowledge of California Standards for the Teaching Profession. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Valid California Teaching Credential:

- Multiple Subject; or - Single Subject in ART
• English Learner Authorization (CLAD, BCLAD, CTEL, or equivalent)

BENEFITS Employees are provided with an insurance plan, which includes health, vision, and dental insurance for employee, spouse, and dependents, at a shared cost. Participation in this plan is mandatory for employees working 35 plus hours a week. Employee will be a member of the California State Teachers' Retirement System (STRS) to which both the employee and WUSD contribute. Employee may elect to be a member of the Willits Teachers Association Union.
