Description: Full-Time licensed Short-call Substitute Teacher for grades PK-12 for school year . We are currently looking to fill two (2) positions, one Pre-K through grade 5; and the other grade 6-12.

Job Summary: This position would cover any teacher absences for grades Pre-Kindergarten through grade 12 on a daily basis, the grade level may vary from day to day. Position would include both paid sick leave and personal leave benefits as well as health and life insurance benefits. Starting pay for this position is $224.00 per day, or $38,528.00 per school year.

Starting date is September 1, 2026. Final date to receive applications is Thursday, August 13, 2026 or until filled.

Qualifications: Applicant must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any field, and hold a Minnesota Short-Call teaching license through PELSB. The District will assist in acquiring the short-call sub license if applicant does not currently hold one.

Working Conditions: Work schedule will follow the School District calendar, including days off for Spring Break and other non-school days. Contract hours per school day are 7.33, which includes a 30 minute duty-free lunch period and up to 3 paid storm/emergency days.
