The Training Coordinator II supports the manufacturing training program at the Plymouth Nathan Lane site by coordinating, facilitating, tracking, and maintaining training activities for new and existing employees. Key responsibilities include supporting onboarding and new employee orientation, facilitating Train-the-Trainer activities, and recording, maintaining, and reviewing training records to help ensure compliance with applicable requirements and Good Documentation Practices. This role also supports continuous skills development programs, manages training matrices, provides classroom instruction, one-on-one facilitation, group training sessions, and production-floor training support.
The Training Coordinator II partners with trainers, trainees, leadership, subject matter experts, and manufacturing support functions to help ensure training is organized, completed, documented, and aligned with site needs. Additionally, the role collects training feedback, assists with reporting training completion and assessment results, and coaches teams to address documentation or compliance issues as needed.

This position is for day shift:
Monday through Friday, 10:00AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Support site training plans and activities that align with manufacturing needs, business priorities, and established training processes.
- Provide classroom instruction, one-on-one facilitation, and group training support using established training materials and processes.
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and skills training for new and established employees.
- Support Train-the-Trainer activities by helping prepare materials, coordinate sessions, track attendance, and maintain trainer certification records.
- Record and maintain training records in LMS, training matrices, rosters, attendance, assessment results, retraining requirements, and certification documentation in accordance with applicable compliance requirements and site procedures.
- Review training records and related documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established requirements, including Good Documentation Practices, and follow up with appropriate teams to resolve gaps or issues.
- Assist with gathering information needed to prepare in-house training programs, training materials, job aids, and related training documentation.
- Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, preparing materials, communicating with participants, and supporting classroom or production-floor training activities.
- Partner with trainers on the manufacturing floor by answering questions, helping remove training obstacles, and supporting consistent use of established training methods.
