Blue Horizons is hiring compassionate School Aides / Instructional Aides to support students with special needs in local Santa Maria schools. Paid training provided, no experience required, and a Monday–Friday schedule.
We welcome applicants from surrounding communities and offer full-time and part-time opportunities. Starting at $19.50/hour (DOE) with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) and paid holidays.
