Job Title
Under the direction of the Superintendent, administers all financial matters for the district; prepares annual budgets; approves purchases; evaluates employees in the business department; responsible for state and federal program reporting; district data collections and submissions, civil rights data collection, serves as Needles Unified School District Native American Liaison, and District Administrative Team.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in business administration or school business administration. FCMAT or CASBO Certificate of Professional Designation as CBO. Previous experience as a business officer in a school district. Familiarity with transportation, maintenance, facilities, food service, purchasing and construction. Experience in public education as a teacher, site level administrator, program department head, or other related field Masters of Arts/Science Degree.
A minimum of five (5) years in school site and or district administration. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Possession of a valid state driver's license Demonstrated achievement in school budget control and business management practices.
