Para Educator II Special Education - 20 hours per week Inverness School

Job Title

Under the general supervision of the school principal, assist special education and general education staff to plan, deliver, and monitor instruction for special education and general education students in academic and non-academic areas. Understanding of and experience working with Students with Disabilities (including Individual Education Plans and 504 Plans), English Learners (especially those with no or limited English skills) and General Education students.

Assist in data collection, implementation of behavior plans, delivery of small group instruction, and supervision of students to maintain an effective learning environment. Perform general supervisory duties during non-instructional times as assigned.

Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
