• Valid California credential in Moderate/Severe Disabilities or Extensive Support Needs
• Proven experience (or strong interest) teaching students with significant disabilities

• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring preferred

• Develop and implement individualized education programs for students with moderate to severe needs

• Monitor progress toward IEP goals, maintaining compliance and thorough documentation
