The Advocate will act as a liaison to students and families to increase school engagement by identifying challenges to educational success and offering solutions directly and through community and school-based partnerships.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in K-12 Education, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or relatedmental health field
• Master's Degree preferred
• Bilinguial preferred, but not required
• Valid Colorado Driver's License, with clean driving record and reliable transportation required
• Must pass general background check and submit fingerprints upon hire
• Official transcripts from University required upon hire
• $50,000 - $60,000 annually based on education and experience
• FLSA Status:
  Exempt

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
