Constellation, a leading nuclear energy producer, seeks an experienced trainer to own the design, development, and delivery of plant-specific nuclear training programs across chemistry, engineering, maintenance and radiation protection. You will coordinate performance-based training, ensure alignment with INPO/NERs and NRC notices, prepare exams, evaluate trainees, and support audits and outage activities.
A technical degree and hands-on training delivery are required.
