Job SummaryUnder the direction of the Executive Director of Special Education Services, responsible for providing psychological assessment with diagnostic services, learning support and consultation services to assist school staff in determining school program, service eligibility and interventions for students who have special physical, cognitive, social and emotional adjustment needs. Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description.
SpecialDuties/Responsibilities:
This position is split between two elementary schools, Cascade View and Seattle Hill.
Total Comp Salary Range:$75,666 - $150,267 per 2025-26 Snohomish Education Association Salary Schedule (Anticipated salary increase effective September 1, 2026.) Placement on the salary schedule is determined by official documentation verifying educational level and work experience. Salary will be prorated for less than a full-year and/or part-time employees.
Contract:180-days, includes 12 sick and 3 personal days per year (prorated for less than a full year school year)
FLSA Status:Exempt
Certification/License:Valid WA State ESA Certification as required for position.
Education:Master of Education in education, educational psychology, or a related fieldfrom an accredited college or university.
