3rd/4th Grade Multiple Subject Teacher
Golden Feather Union Elementary School District is seeking a 3rd/4th grade multiple subject teacher for Spring Valley School for the 2026–27 school year. Spring Valley is a small, rural TK–8 school located near Butte College and within commuting distance of Chico, Paradise, Durham, and Oroville. Our small-school setting gives teachers the opportunity to know their students and families well, collaborate closely with colleagues, and make a meaningful impact across the school community.
This position will teach a combined 3rd and 4th grade classroom as part of our grade-level configuration: TK/K, 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, and 7/8. The successful candidate will provide engaging, standards-aligned instruction across core subject areas; differentiate instruction to meet a range of student needs; use assessment data to guide instruction; maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment; and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administration.
We are looking for an educator who is student-centered, flexible, collaborative, and excited about working in a supportive small-school environment.

Spring Valley School is a small, rural TK–8 school serving a close-knit community. We are seeking a collaborative, energetic teacher who enjoys working as part of a supportive team and building strong relationships with students and families. This position is for a newly created 3rd/4th grade combination classroom for the 2026–27 school year. The successful candidate should be comfortable differentiating instruction, working with a range of student needs, and contributing to a positive school wide culture.
Position is available immediately. Salary and benefits are based on the district's certificated salary schedule and applicable experience and education.
