- Assist students one on one or in a small group to promote learning English
- Assists staff in working with individual students and in small groups to promote learning and skill development
- Administer the WIDA test every year (Training will be provided)
- Other duties as assigned
- An Associate's Degree or higher
- Experience or training in working with students in an educational setting
- Ability to employ listening skills, patience and empathy in dealing with students
- Ability to establish a good rapport with students and staff
- Established experience in computer, software and internet technology
The successful candidate must meet the State standard for a clear criminal history and provide mandated fingerprint clearance.
