We are looking for a highly experienced

Executive Leadership Facilitator to deliver a leadership development programme for a new client operating within the Petrochemical / Oil, Gas & Energy sector in Equatorial Guinea .

The programme is currently being piloted with an initial group of six Executive and Senior Executive leaders. It consists oftwo modules , with each module delivered face-to-face over two days.

The first module is anticipated to take place inlate October 2026 , with the second planned forlate January 2027 . There is potential for the programme to expand following the successful completion of the pilot.

Highly experienced in facilitating

Executive and Senior Executive-level participants , with strong executive presence and credibility. Previous experience within the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or Energy sector is important. Strong experience deliveringleadership development programmes , ideally within complex and multicultural environments. The client has indicated a preference for an experienced Black male facilitator who can bring strong cultural relevance to the programme. Must be comfortable travelling internationally and delivering face-to-face sessions in Equatorial Guinea.

Foreach module/session , the anticipated commitment is approximately5 days :

• 1 day Preparation
• 1 day Outbound travel to Equatorial Guinea
• 2 days Face-to-face facilitation
• 1 day Return travel

The professional fee isR
40,000 per 5-day engagement , inclusive of the preparation, travel time and two days of face-to-face facilitation outlined above.

Please note thattravel and accommodation costs are not included in the R40,000 professional fee .
