RESPONSIBILITIES- Teaching & Learning: Teaching at the undergraduate level including courses such as counseling psychology, industrial/organizational psychology,career/professional development, experiential learning, communitypsychology, and/or writing in psychology courses and/or in corecourses (e.g., research methods, statistics, capstone).
- Discovery, Creation, & Integration:Research and scholarship which may include seeking research funding, presenting at conferences, publishing peer-reviewedarticles, and working with undergraduate students.
- Professional Application: Service to yourprofession and the community. Examples of such responsibilities may include supporting a community organization in work that uses your expertise, manuscript peer review, and/or leadership roles in aprofessional organization related to your field of study.
- University Service: Service to the university,college, and department. These responsibilities generally include participating in department, college, and campus-wide committees,working collaboratively and productively with colleagues, and participating in traditional academic functions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field by the time of appointment.
- Demonstrated ability, interest, and experience in teaching undergraduate counseling psychology, industrial/organizationalpsychology, career/professional development, experiential learning,community psychology, and/or writing in psychology courses.
