Clearway Energy Group is seeking a motivated Trainee Solar Technician in California to support troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of solar PV systems. You will shadow experienced technicians, learn safety procedures, and gain hands-on experience across levels I–III.
This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to work unsociable hours, travel as needed, and progress through the training program within six months.
