We are actively searching for Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Project Superintendents to join our team. These are dynamic, fast-paced roles that provide functional management and technical leadership for our on-site chemical cleaning passivation field work in primarily biopharma, oil & gas, and aerospace industries. You will have the opportunity to travel throughout the United States while leading teams of talented technicians, overseeing operations from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities Project Management & Operations- • Manage project activities and personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget.
- • Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of the job, including determining necessary personnel and resources (e.g., propane, waste tanks).
- • Run shutdown projects, overseeing multiple crews and circuits simultaneously.
- • Delegate tasks, set expectations, and monitor the daily activities of technicians per project.
- • Provide functional management and technical leadership for all on-site field work.
- • Execute various complex processes, including derouge, bio-cleaning, hydro and pneumatic testing, and drying systems to dewpoint.
- • Read piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs) with flow paths for review with crews and the client.
- • Perform job walks and conceptualize the scope of work to assist in the bidding process.
- • Demonstrate leadership qualities to guide crews, effectively communicate with clients, and serve as a mentor to Associate and Field Technicians.
- • Travel & Logistics:
Travel extensively locally and nationwide to support mission-critical customer facilities. Safely drive company vehicles (trucks, vans) to job sites or ship and fly, and manage the loading, transport, and unloading of project equipment and materials. - • System Setup & Execution:
Connect and set up specialized equipment to customer systems. Perform precision chemical cleaning and passivation on vessels, piping, and hardware for aerospace, biopharma, and military clients. - • Environment Adaptability:
Execute hands-on work in a wide variety of environments, including indoors, outdoors, and elevated spaces such as rooftops. - • Safety & Compliance:
Safely handle processing chemicals (including acids, caustics, and solvents) strictly adhering to OSHA standards and internal safety protocols.
- • Precision Processing:
Utilize calibrated equipment and safely apply cleaning agents (acetone, IPA, solvents) to precision components. - • Cleanroom Packaging:
Package cleaned components inside a controlled cleanroom environment according to strict, highly regulated customer specifications. - • Facility Maintenance:
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area aligned with 5S standards. Manage tank operations, including safe cleaning and filling procedures.

Education:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). - • Travel & Schedule Flexibility:
Willingness to travel, including overnight land and air travel. Must be available to work overtime, night shifts, weekends, holidays, and accommodate short-notice deployments. - • Licensing & Credentials:
Valid Class "C" driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Must possess a Real Passport for air travel and have the ability to obtain a Medical DOT Certificate. - • Technical & Core
Skills:
Strong foundational math skills (working with ratios and percentages) and proficiency using basic mobile technology and software (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong English communication skills are required. - •
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds. Must be capable of wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respirators, while performing physical tasks in changing climates and environments.
Preferred but not required:
Technical schooling, trade certifications, or active OSHA / HAZWOPER / Confined Space certifications. Previous experience in field service or hazardous chemical handling is a plus.
