Pearce Renewables is seeking a Solar Field Service Technician I, II to perform operation and maintenance on solar power plants near Mojave, California. The role emphasizes safety, preventative and corrective maintenance, and documentation of activities at local sites.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Commercial/Industrial O&M of solar assets and can troubleshoot electrical components using DMMs, megger, and amp clamps. Travel up to 25% may be required; live within ~50 miles of Mojave.
