PEARCE Renewables is seeking an Advanced Solar Field Service Technician (Operations and Maintenance) to perform hands-on solar plant duties near Cantua Creek, CA. You'll maintain and troubleshoot equipment, follow safety protocols, and document activities at site locations within 50 miles of Cantua Creek.
The role requires 2+ years in solar O&M, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and the ability to mentor Apprentices. Occasional travel up to 25% and weekend/on-call scheduling may be required.
