Pearce Renewables is hiring a Solar Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Technician to perform O&M on BESS equipment at commercial/industrial solar projects across the United States. Local candidates near Mojave, CA preferred, with a safety-first mindset and strong electrical skills.
The role requires 1-4+ years in electrical proficiency and renewable energy experience, plus OSHA 10/30 and NFPA
70E certifications. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple sites will be expected.
