Senior Engineering Project Manager | Chemical Manufacturing

The Senior Engineering Project Manager will lead and deliver large-scale capital projects across the company’s North American manufacturing footprint. This role owns projects end-to-end - from early conceptual design through commissioning and startup - and serves as the accountable leader for safety, cost, schedule, and execution. Projects typically exceed $30MM USD and may span multiple sites simultaneously.

This position requires deep expertise in chemical manufacturing environments, strong process safety leadership, and the ability to manage complex, cross‑functional project teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Chemical Engineering strongly preferred)
• 15–20 years of hands‑on experience managing capital projects in chemical manufacturing facilities
• Proven success delivering large, complex capital projects ($30MM+), from concept through startup
• Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently across different stages of execution
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new chemistries, processes, and technologies
• Strong technical judgment and data‑driven decision‑making capability
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in matrixed, multi‑site environments
• High level of accountability, organization, and execution discipline
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, safety‑critical manufacturing settings
