FMC is searching for talented, self‑motivated professionals to work in a free‑thinking culture creating the next gen premium entry EVs with the highest autonomous technologies at our Santa Clara, CA facility.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and handling of hardware for Autonomous Driving & Powertrain division (components, test benches and prototypes).
  • Coordination of Autonomous Driving & Powertrain hardware within the company, with external partners and suppliers.
  • Take responsibility to cover all coordination aspects for Autonomous Driving & Powertrain components, test benches and prototypes.
  • Manage, monitor and steer Autonomous Driving & Powertrain hardware coordination and timing.
  • Address and solve budget, release, coordinative, operational and technical issues.
  • Provide transparency about Autonomous Driving & Powertrain hardware coordination status. Define necessary activities and reasonable deadlines in order to meet vehicle project target.
  • Define planning and reporting tools.
  • Owner of planning files (change management, drive necessary decisions).
  • Align hardware coordination planning with all relevant interface partners.
  • Update planning to all upcoming changes, align with all involved parties.
  • Alert management in case of unsolvable conflicts. Offer alternative paths.
  • Early warning when facing responsibility gaps on vehicle level.
Qualifications
  • Master’s or PhD degree.
  • 5 years relevant experience in automotive management and logistics, including component handling, planning, automotive reporting.
  • Organized and solutions oriented.
  • Full‑time commitment.
