Flight Test Engineer (Test & Evaluation) - Early Career

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking a Flight Test Engineer (Test & Evaluation) - Early Career. In this role, you will be leading and coordinating flight test planning and execution for the F-35 Development Test Team at Edwards Air Force Base as a test conductor. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Auto Cad/MATLAB Software.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical engineering.
• Basic knowledge of Auto Cad/MATLAB Software

• Experience working at a remote test site, preferably in test operations
• Practical aviation experience
• Exposure to Microsoft Office Suite tools
• Excellent Communication/Presentation Skills

  The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
• Work Schedules:
  Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
• Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
• Pay Rate:
  The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $63,600 - $119,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
