As a Project Manager for Contaminated Sites and Soils, you will lead environmental engineering projects for public and private clients, including complex projects. You will be involved in all phases: studies (state of the art, diagnostics, management plans, design of works), elaboration of regulatory documents (attestations ATTES SECUR and MEMOIRE), and advisory or project management missions.

Attached to the Manager of Contaminated Sites and Soils for the Ile de France region, your missions will consist of:

• Taking charge of complex projects by their technicality, size, or the multiplicity of operations for a single client, relying on the experience and necessary skills to understand and meet its needs;
• Ensuring quality, respect for contractual requirements, costs, and deadlines, while accompanying our clients in their projects;
• Supervising project teams and subcontractors while managing technical, financial, and contractual aspects;
• Carrying out estimates, writing complex offers, and negotiating amendments with autonomy in the preparation of offers and client follow-up.

The position is based in Gennevilliers (92) or Antony (92) with travel within the Ile de France region.

The position is available as soon as possible with an indefinite contract and various associated benefits (Social and Economic Committee, health insurance, additional leave, restaurant vouchers, bonuses, etc.)

Driving License B Required

With a background in engineering school or equivalent (bachelor's degree +
5), you have a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in a study bureau or consulting company in contaminated sites and soils.

• You have confirmed experience in the realization of large-scale projects in contaminated sites and soils (management plan, design of works plan, and project management of rehabilitation on public and private markets,

• You know how to be a force of proposal and advice with partners, ensuring their accompaniment.

• You have real writing and synthesis skills, a great organizational capacity, a marked interest in teamwork, and flexibility in managing tasks.

• Available, mobile, and organized, you have a taste for contact and teamwork;

• Your taste for contact and sales, your aptitude for persuasion, advice, listening to the client, and identifying needs are assets for the aptitude for the position and its evolution.

• A good command of English will be appreciated.
