Mono Sol is seeking a Process Scale Up Engineer in La Porte, IN. You will drive the scale up of new products from lab to commercial manufacturing, translating lab data into manufacturing specifications and operating windows.
Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain to ensure safe, robust processes that meet quality and cost targets. Lean/Six Sigma and DOE experience will guide improvements and trials.
