Missions

Under the authority of the Service Manager:

• Pilot infrastructure and development operations
• Ensure the follow-up of development works and external stakeholders (Department, SEMAG 92, etc.)
• Ensure operational follow-up of public domain uses by construction companies
• Technical reference for the daily management of a dry fountain, as well as water fountain outlets
• Operational and financial management of neighborhood councils within the framework of participatory initiatives

The Technician is responsible for:

• Piloting infrastructure and development operations: working in collaboration with the Directorate of Development, Urban Planning and Economic Development, the Directorate of the Grand Project of the City (ANRU), and other municipal services to represent the direction and the service, piloting infrastructure and development operations, particularly those in external design and supervision.
• Ensuring the follow-up of development works by external stakeholders (Department, SEMAG
  92, etc.): participating in project definition meetings, construction follow-up meetings. Acting as the interface between the city and companies during works; participating in the elaboration of technical files.
• Ensuring the operational follow-up of public domain uses by construction companies: managing technical notices related to building permits and authorizations linked to roadworks. Ensuring the maintenance of public circulation possibilities, cleaning, and waste collection, accessibility to lighting and sanitation works. Prescribing and controlling measures intended to maintain the public domain in good condition. Participates in contradictory observations. Represents the municipality for the resolution of disputes (neighbors, builders).
  
  Controls the proper restoration of the city's heritage after works.
• Technical reference for the daily management of a dry fountain, as well as water fountain outlets: ensuring the daily maintenance of a dry fountain, as well as maintenance. Managing water fountain outlets and collaborating with the manager of the drinking water network, managing issues following damages caused by these hydraulic works on public space.
• Operational and financial management of participatory budgets for neighborhood councils: technical reference, working closely with neighborhood council members, as well as with residents. Participating in council bureau meetings and/or plenary meetings.

• Infrastructure training
