Otay Water District is seeking a Recycled Water Specialist to perform cross-connection testing, inspections, and plan reviews for recycled water systems in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires experience in utility construction, cross-connection testing, and knowledge of Title 17/22 regulations. Valid licenses and certifications must be obtained within specified time frames. This is an hourly, full-time position based in San Diego, CA.
