Job Title

For a recognized mixed design office in the field of technical building engineering, both design and execution oriented, we are looking for an experienced CFO CFA Engineer (m/f) to lead and follow ambitious projects.

Main duties:

• Manage and follow your projects in close collaboration with the technical management.
• Perform technical diagnostics and studies to propose adapted solutions, accompanied by a technical and economic evaluation.
• Study the program of operations and identify precisely the expectations of the client.
• Develop technical files from the design phase to the DCE on electrical strong/weak current lots, fire safety, VDI networks, and ideally supervision/GTB.
• Produce all technical deliverables necessary for the projects: calculation notes, plans, schedules, specifications, financial estimates, etc.
• Supervise and coordinate the team of designers/draftsmen.
• Organize contractor consultations, analyze offers and participate in the selection of service providers.
• Monitor site work and ensure the technical compliance of the realizations.
• Ensure respect of deadlines and alert management in case of deviation.
• Maintain a fluid and constructive relationship with the client throughout the project.

Bac +2 to Bac +5 in engineering school or equivalent with a specialization in electricity or a strong experience as a project manager in a company. Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Mastery of the following software would be a plus:
Autocad, Caneco, Dialux. Required qualities: rigor, sense of organization, initiative and leadership, communication and relational skills, autonomy and team spirit, expertise.
