Diabetes Post-Market Quality Engineering Team Member

Join our Diabetes Post-Market Quality Engineering team and play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our innovative Diabetes devices. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will support quality deliverables for design changes, second sourcing, and manufacturing improvement projects. You will collaborate with technical team members and the PMO, contributing to technical reviews, design assessments, design verification plans, reports, and risk management documentation.

• Design Quality Engineering experience: Proven track record in design quality engineering, ensuring product excellence.
• Product Quality Support or Design Verification: Highly preferred experience in product quality support or design verification.
• Risk Management / Failure Assessment: Expertise in risk management and failure assessment is essential.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or technology discipline required.
• 4-10 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
• Hybrid work model with a minimum of 3 days per week on-site in Northridge, CA.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Develop, modify, apply, and maintain quality standards and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place.
• Devise and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.
• Design or specify inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment; conduct quality assurance tests; perform statistical analysis to assess the cost and responsibility for products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.
• Ensure corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and documentation is compliant with requirements.
• Specialize in areas such as design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation and reliability, inventory control, and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality.
