The Solar Preconstruction Manager will be pivotal in shaping the initial phases of solar project development. This role involves managing project planning, cost estimation, and collaborating with key stakeholders to guarantee a seamless shift from design to construction. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of solar project design, engineering principles, and financial analysis, along with hands-on experience working alongside developers, engineers, and contractors.

You will play a key role in making sure that projects are ready for successful completion, sound financially, and well-prepared.

Key Requirements:

• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Minimum of 3 years of estimating and/or project management experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry (commercial experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
• Knowledge of residential and commercial solar PV systems
• Working knowledge of construction costs and principles
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
• Basic knowledge of CAD and Helioscope or Aurora

Salary Range: $90-$100k + Plus Bonus
