The Test & Evaluation organization has an exciting opening for a Flight Test Conductor for T-7A program located at Edwards AFB, CA. The Test Conductor will lead flight test program planning and execution, which will include many aspects of flight sciences and mission systems.

Position Responsibilities- Supports the development and verification of test methods
- Develops detailed test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition, needed to perform the test and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan
- Performs detailed planning and execution of aircraft ground and flight test
- Reviews test data, including off-nominal data, for accuracy, quality and/or fidelity prior to delivery to customer
- Prepares and publishes test reports to document test results and satisfy requirements
- Presents test results internally
- Archives data and reports
- Trains/Guides junior test conductors with their career development in flight test
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry preferred
- Experience with the principles of flight test OR experience directly supporting flight test operations
- Experience in planning and conducting system level lab, ground, or flight testing
- Control room experience as a Test Conductor
- Experience performing tactical aircraft flight testing (planning and/or executing)
- Experience directly interfacing with customers and senior program leadership
- Experience developing detailed test points from system level specification requirements, test planning, execution and reporting test results
