Brewing Maintenance Engineer

As a Brewing Maintenance Engineer at Anheuser-Busch, you'll keep high-speed brewing and packaging lines running safely and reliably. You'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, using root cause analysis and data to reduce downtime and improve asset performance. Partnering with brewing, packaging, and utilities teams, you'll support equipment upgrades, calibrations, and continuous improvement initiatives while following strict safety, quality, and GMP standards in a fast-paced, large-scale manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair brewing and packaging equipment to maximize uptime and product quality
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans using CMMS and reliability tools
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and automation issues and implement safe, lasting fixes
• Collaborate with brewing, packaging, and utilities teams to minimize downtime and support production targets
• Install, calibrate, and optimize pumps, conveyors, valves, sensors, and process controls
• Follow all safety, quality, and GMP standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Analyze equipment performance data and recommend continuous improvement projects
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and commissioning activities
• Document maintenance work, parts usage, and technical findings clearly and accurately
• Train operators on basic equipment care and partner in root cause analysis initiatives
