Power Generation operates and maintains PG&E's hydroelectric, fossil, solar generation and battery storage facilities, providing approximately 5,300 megawatts of generating capacity for our customers. Our nearly 1000 coworkers are dedicated to delivering safe, reliable and cost-effective generation to California in an environmentally responsible manner. Our hydro facilities include 62 conventional hydro powerhouses, a pumped-storage facility, 98 reservoirs, 168 dams and morethan 200 miles of canals and flumes, among other water conveyances.

Natural gas-fired plants in operation are Humboldt Bay Generating Station in Eureka;
Colusa Generating Station in Colusa County and Gateway Generating Station in Antioch. Several utility-scale solar generation plants also are operated and maintained, as well as PG&E’s successful entry into battery energy storage, our Elkhorn Battery facility at Moss Landing in Monterey County.

Position Summary

This is an ESC represented exempt classification currently subject to collective bargaining.

This is a Journey level Project Management Analyst who works with the direction of more senior PM Analysts, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Business Planners and a supervisor. The position provides project oversight, control and analysis for capital and expense improvement project sand/or FERC relicensing and license compliance projects for hydro power and/or fossil fired and infrastructure facilities. Multiple projects are supported simultaneously.

The position requires a thorough understanding of project cost and schedule controls and project management methodologies, strong computer skills, and enhanced verbal and written communication skills. Employee works independently with general direction and applies judgment to set priorities and complete tasks. Responsibilities may include Privileged and Confidential work.

This is a hybrid position headquartered in Auberry, CA. The position is currently required to work in the office one day per week and travel to project sites as needed. Additional in-office and onsite days may be required based on business and operational needs. Occasional travel to Auburn headquarters and other locations throughout PG&E's Northern Hydro territory may also be required throughout the year.

PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, geographic location, collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity.

Although we estimatethesuccessful candidate hiredinto this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-casebasis related to these factors.

A reasonable salary range is:

California Minimum: $92,928

California Maximum: $130,740

Job Responsibilities

Position responsibilities include assisting project leads (Project Managers and Project Engineers) with management and successful completion of projects, on time and within budget, and assisting supervisors and managers through analysis and reporting on projects and programs. Job duties may vary by assignment but demand more in depth skill and knowledge, involve more complex projects and analysis and greater autonomy as skill and experience develop.

Duties for Journey level PM Analysts are completed under general direction from project leads and supervisors; complexity and autonomy of assignments increase as an employee gains more experience and expertise. In addition, job duties include, but are not limited to:
