As an Attractions Supervisor, in partnership with the Attractions Manager and Assistant Managers, you will be responsible for the growth and development of the lead team, maintaining strategic, financial and daily operational plans that support overall guest and team member satisfaction of the attraction, as well as acting as On-Duty management coverage. In addition, this role will require working closely with Leads team to establish and maintain a positive environment at a new Attraction.

Essential Functions

+ Responsible for growth and development of Leads and Team Members

+ Establish positive culture for new Attraction

+ Focus on establishing and maintaining focus on safety and positive internal and external guest service

+ Maintains the operational efficiency of Attraction during park hours and seasonal/special events, ensuring plans for high efficiency and low wait times through active participation in managing guest flow experience are actively utilized.

+ Ensure venue standards are upheld through Lead expectations and pre-shift meetings

+ Assists Manager, Assistant Manager, and Talent Acquisition team for assurance most qualified team member candidates are hired/trained

+ Supports the scheduling department in reviewing the team member schedules weekly

+ Ensures department understands and follows all company policies and procedures.

+ Crisis management including Guests' and Team Members Medical/Emergency situations

+ Investigates incidents including Team Member/Guests' complaints

+ Advocates for active participation in all safety programs, including forming partnership with Environmental Health and Safety group

+ Ensures that collective bargaining agreements are upheld by partnering with HR and Labor Relations to maintain positive union relationships.

+ Minimum 2 years of operations experience in theme park or hospitality industry, including experience in guest service preferred.

+ Must be available to work on weekends, holidays and nights as required.

+ Must have excellent written and verbal skills

+ Must be proficient in Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel.

Desired Characteristics:

+ Bachelor's degree in  Business, Operations, or Hospitality is highly preferred

+ Proven ability to work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and simultaneously managing multiple projects.
