FINANCE DROP​/COUNT CLERK

Position Summary

Responsible for Electronic Gaming Device (EGD) canister drop. Responsible for count and verification of EGD and Table Games drops.

• Remove cash canisters from all EDGs.
• Transport cash canisters via drop cart from casino floor to Soft Count.
• Count, verify, band, and cross‑audit all EGD and Table Games cash and ticket drops.
• Report count discrepancies to Drop/Count Supervisor or Lead.
• Maintain a professional image at all times when on the casino floor.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and efficient work area when inside the soft count room.
• Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Drop/Count Supervisor or Lead.
• Perform other work‑related duties as assigned.

High School Graduate or GED.

Cash handling experience preferred.

• Computer skills – none.
• Certificates and licenses – N/A.
• Other skills or requirements – good manual dexterity, clear/legible handwriting, team oriented, excellent customer service skills.

Exposure to smoke‑filled and noisy environment; will work weekends, shifts and holidays. Varying schedule (drops at 12:30am, count at 6:30am start).

Stand and walk constantly; sit occasionally; handle constantly; reach outward frequently; reach above shoulder frequently; climb occasionally; squat and kneel occasionally; bend occasionally; lift/carry constantly up to 30lbs; team push/pull/control rolling drop cart weighing up to 500lbs while performing EGD drop.
