Essential Duties and Responsibilities Cage OperationsSupervise daily cage operations, including cashier banks, chip and currency transactions, marker activity, and vault operations
Ensure proper cash handling, accountability, and adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements
Verify and approve large transactions, payouts, fills, and credits within authorized limits
Monitor cashier performance and ensure balancing of cashier drawers and cage banks
Investigate and resolve cage variances, shortages, and overages
Maintain security and confidentiality of cage funds, documents, and restricted areas
Players Club OperationsSupervise Players Club representatives and ensure high-quality guest service
Oversee player enrollment, card issuance, tier upgrades, and account maintenance
Ensure accurate tracking of player points, promotions, complimentary balances, and redemptions
Resolve guest disputes related to player accounts, promotions, or rewards
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s degree or coursework in Business, Accounting, or Hospitality preferred
Minimum 2–4 years of casino cage or players club experience
Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
