Operations Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Operations Coordinator to support our Operations team with the day-to‑day execution of venue and event operations. This part‑time, seasonal position requires flexibility, strong work ethic, comfort working outdoors, and commitment to ensuring smooth event operations.

• Assist the Operations team with event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Support various operational tasks as assigned by management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Respond to changing priorities and assist wherever needed during events.

• Dependable, punctual, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors for the duration of a shift in varying weather conditions, including high temperatures.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Capable of regularly lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
• Basic computer and technology skills.

This is a part‑time position with hours based on operational needs and event schedules. The majority of work is performed outdoors and requires safe work practices in hot weather while remaining on your feet for long periods.

$18.40 – $23.00 per hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
