Domino’s Pizza is hiring assistant managers who can lead, decide, and juggle multiple tasks with sound judgment and math skills.

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and adhere to all policy and procedures 100% of the time.

• General job duties for all store team members
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person

• Accuracy in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing (calculator may be used)
• Ability to give correct monetary change
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise rapid movements
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

• Weather exposure when removing trash and performing outside tasks
• Store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some work areas
• Sudden temperature changes in work areas and when outside
• Fumes from food odors
• Exposure to cornmeal dust
• Confined spaces including walk‑in cooler
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts

• Talking and hearing on telephone
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks
• Depth perception
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

• Standing:
  Most tasks are performed from a standing position
• Walking:
  Short distances for short durations on ceramic tile or linoleum surfaces
• Sitting:
  Paperwork typically completed at a desk or table
• Lifting:
  Bulk product deliveries up to 50 lb, cases up to 3′ × 1.5′, shelves up to 72″
• Carrying:
  Items up to 30 lb (e.g., pizza sauce, dough trays) carried over short distances
• Pushing/Pulling:
  Trays on dollies up to 7.5 lb of force, or 24″‑30″ stack
• Climbing:
  Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladder for maintenance
• Stooping/Bending:
  Forward bending at waist for pizza assembly (~30‑45 s continuous), front counter, stocking
• Crouching/Squatting:
  Occasional for shelf stocking and low‑area cleaning
• Reaching:
  Up, down, and forward; above 72″ to turn ovens, change sign prices; down to scoop cornmeal; forward for toppings, cleaning, phones
• Hand Tasks:
  Continuous eye‑hand coordination; use forearms, wrists for dough shaping; manipulation of pizza peel, cutter, box assembly; grasp cables, phones, items
• Machines & Tools:
  Use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel
