No automotive experience required; we hire for character and train the rest.

• Greet guests warmly and professionally -- establishing genuine rapport from the first interaction

• Listen carefully to guest concerns and accurately document vehicle issues so technicians have what they need to get the job done right

• Explain repair and maintenance services clearly and effectively -- translating technical information into language every guest can understand and trust

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, quality service delivery and keep guests informed throughout the process

• Prepare and review repair estimates with guests -- building transparency and trust at every step

• Identify and present additional service and maintenance opportunities that protect guest safety and vehicle performance

• Maintain detailed, accurate service records in the DMS

• Follow up with guests after service to ensure satisfaction and build the kind of loyalty that brings them back

• Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service -- required. Automotive service advisor experience is a strong plus but not required

• Excellent communicator -- warm, clear, and professional in person, on the phone, and in writing

• Highly organized with strong time management skills -- able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing accuracy or composure

• Motivated and hungry -- you have a genuine desire to succeed, grow your earnings, and build a long-term career

• Professional appearance and demeanor -- Land Rover guests expect a premium experience at every touchpoint

• Basic computer skills and comfort with service management software -- or quick to learn

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• A genuine hospitality mindset -- every guest interaction is an opportunity to earn loyalty

• OTE of $50,000 - $120,000+ annually
