Salary Range: $16.90 - $17.00 Hourly

Under moderate supervision, oversees the clubhouse area for adherence to the community's Rules and Regulations regarding facility use. Performs related duties as assigned.

• Function as part of the property management team, be trained in operations and emergency procedures.
• Comply at all times with clubhouse standards, procedures, and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operation of events.
• Approach and respond to all encounters with residents, guests, and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner; establish and maintain working relationships with the Property Manager and Community residents.
• Ensure access for residents and guests only.
• Inform residents and their guests of rules and regulations as needed.
• Examine the clubhouse and associated facilities for potential hazards; if found, report deficiencies or problems to the Property Manager.
• Assist in setting up and taking down equipment and decor for various community programs following written or verbal instruction.
• Attend regular staff meetings.

• Assist with planning, organizing, and promoting recreational activities and interest classes in the clubhouse.
• Clean clubhouse and other areas after all events have finished.
• Open and close the clubhouse.
• Report any shortage of supplies.
• Perform additional duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Compensation: $16.90- $17.90 per hour

Schedule:

Monday
- Friday, 4:30 pm - 9:00 pm (2 days off during the week);
Saturday
- Sunday, 9:00 am- 6:00 pm (Mandatory)
