SALARY

This position has a base salary range of $51,200 - 76,800. This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.

SUMMARY

Establish long-term relationships by performing a comprehensive needs analysis of BCU products and services, while also building member loyalty through delivering a world-class service experience.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Service 30-50 BR01 New Member interactions each day through a dedicated phone queue and outbound calling while providing a high level of service to both new and potential members.

Identify member needs and cross-sell of all BCU products and services.

Assist with onboarding and engagement our New Members during first 90 days of membership.

Manage a shared inbox with potential new member requests.

Work within our New Member Application system to communicate next steps and documents needed toour referred members.

Maintain a working knowledge of credit reports to evaluate credit standing, perform needs assessment andto identify competitor buyout opportunities.

Provide fundamental credit counseling to members where appropriate and necessary.

Successfully complete all required registrations and certifications as needed.

Seen as a leader among the sales rep team. Can serve as a player-coach for the team when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree a plus.
Minimum of 5 years business experience.
Ability to collect and analyze data.
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in basic use of the Windows operating system, email, and the Internet.
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively deliver a balanced sales approach of all BCU products and services.
Demonstrated ability and experience in providing world-class customer service.
Demonstrated experience working with teams.
