We are seeking a talented and motivated entry-level Finance/Accounting Clerk to join our healthcare client. As a temporary-to-hire entry-level Finance/Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting our finance team in various accounting tasks, helping ensure accurate financial records and supporting the organization's mission.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $18 to $19 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and analysis of financial records
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
- Help reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering relevant financial data and preparing reports.
- Assist in the auditing process
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
