Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in Westlake Village, CA, with the flexibility to work partially from home. In this role, you will guide clients through the mortgage loan process, assess their needs, and recommend suitable loan products. Responsibilities include evaluating creditworthiness, preparing and processing loan applications, and working closely with underwriting to ensure a smooth loan approval process.

Strong customer service and communication skills are essential to build lasting relationships with clients and provide a positive home loan experience.

Qualifications
  • Experience as a Loan Officer and familiarity with the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending processes.
  • Proficiency in Underwriting principles and practices.
  • Strong Customer Service skills and a passion for building excellent relationships with clients.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Current NMLS licensure and compliance with state and federal lending regulations.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the financial or mortgage lending industry is preferred.
