This is a full-time on-site role for an Audit Manager at Meletis & Munsch LLP, located in Del Mar, CA. The Audit Manager will be responsible for leading and supervising financial audits, reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and reporting standards. The role involves analyzing financial data, providing insights to clients, and mentoring team members to enhance their performance and technical skills.

The position will also require engagement with clients, contributing to financial strategies and delivering exceptional service.

• Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Audits
• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Practical knowledge and experience in Finance and Accounting principles
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial reporting
• Leadership skills and experience in managing audit team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent preferred)
• Proficiency in relevant audit software and tools is an advantage
